Touch feature not working on interactive display
Things to try:
Check Connections: Verify that the interactive board cables and connections are secure and correctly seated between the PC and display.
The most common cause of the touch feature not working is an unplugged USB cable from the PC to the board or PC to the faceplate on the wall.
Restart the Board: Power off the Clevertouch board and then power it back on again. This simple step can often resolve temporary issues with the touchscreen.
